DGA is now available in Oregon!
Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship (DGA) is an innovative 501c3 non-profit organization that partners with established grazing dairy farmers, universities, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work-based training in managed-grazing dairy production in multiple states.

DGA is a formal employment-based apprenticeship that provides guided pathways for the transfer of knowledge, skills, and farms, to the next generation. They are currently getting the program started in Oregon and looking for Mentors (active dairy graziers) to host and employ apprentices in Oregon.
