Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our native plant sale! 
This fall, we are moving to Hamblin's Nursery. This will allow us to continue to grow and reach our ultimate goal of adding more native plants to the landscape. We aim to put more than 4,900+ native seeds, grasses, perennials, bulbs, shrubs and trees into the ground, supporting native wildlife habitat.
To make this a successful event, we rely on the help of our volunteers. Please see roles below. Volunteers will receive a complimentary lunch and a 25% discount code for their order. In order to receive your discount, please wait to receive your code (emailed within 24 hours) and then place your order.
We are looking for volunteers for:
  • General help, organization, event set up and tear down
  • Tuesday (10/8) - unloading and tagging plants
  • Wednesday (10/9) - unloading and tagging plants, preparing pre-orders (if we have time)
  • Thursday (10/10) - preparing customer pre-orders, staging for Friday
  • Friday (10/11) - Giving customers orders, answering customer questions, covering resource table, help processing in-person purchases

​Volunteers will be required to sign a liability waiver.

Host a sign

Do you live along a high-traffic area? We are in need of hosts for our plant sale signs. You can pick up at our office or we can drop it off. Please contact Hayley Iverson, our Administrative Assistant, to make arrangements.
