native plant sale Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our native plant sale! We aim to put 2,300+ native bulbs, perennials and grasses into the ground this fall, supporting native wildlife habitat.

We are holding our fall sale in Dallas at the Delbert Hunter Arboretum. To make this a successful event, we rely on the help of our volunteers. Please see roles below. Volunteers will receive a 25% discount code for their order. You will be emailed your coupon code after signing up. 
We are looking for volunteers for:
  • General help, organization, event set up and tear down
  • Wednesday, 10/11 - unloaded and tagging plants
  • Thursday, 10/12 - preparing customer orders
  • Friday & Saturday, 10/13 &14 - Giving customers orders, answering customer questions, covering resource table

Volunteers will be required to sign a liability waiver. Please review the available volunteer opportunities below. You can choose more than one block : )

Host a sign

Do you live along a high-traffic area? We are in need of hosts for our plant sale signs. You can pick up at our office or we can drop it off. Please contact Morgan Neil, our Outreach Coordinator to make arrangements.
