Dryopteris expansa, XL band pot


Description: Spreading wood fern grows to a height of 2-3 feet tall in moist woodland gardens, often sprouting out of moss or rotting logs, which can be used to establish new ferns in the garden. Fronds are deeply divided, with tapered and sharply pointed tips. Like other ferns, spreading wood fern is deer resistant and can provide a lush cover on the forest floor.
